Japan's Prime Minister Kishida said that the next Bank of Japan governor will have to closely coordinate with other central banks. Nominees will reportedly be presented to parliament next week. Expectations for the terminal official cash rate from the Reserve Bank of Australia have increased to 3.85% from 3.60%. The Reserve Bank of India raised its policy rate by 25 bps to 6.50%, as expected.
