Buyers are showing some hesitation in front of the Treasury's quarterly refunding announcement at 8:30 a.m. ET, an impending batch of economic news that includes the October ISM Manufacturing Index, the FOMC decision at 2:00 p.m. ET, and Fed Chair Powell's press conference at 2:30 p.m. ET.
The 10-yr note yield is up two basis points to 4.90% and the 2-yr note yield is down one basis point to 5.07%.
China's Caixin Manufacturing PMI returned into contraction after two months of expansion.
